FOUNDER & CEO
Silvia Tassarotti
Passionate about people and the planet, Silvia is an executive and team coach, consultant and trainer with 25+ years of corporate international experience. She holds an MBA in HRM from City University Business School of London, where she was a Visiting Professor in Organisational Behaviour and Change for 15 years.

As the Past President of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Italy and a Master Certified Coach (MCC) since 2004, she is a driving force for positive change. While Board Trustee of the ICF Foundation, she launched the Ignite initiative, coaching for social change linked to the UN SDGs impacting more than 16 million people, and she was the first Chair of the ICF Thought Leadership Institute, looking at future trends in coaching.
A strong believer in the force of good of business to foster sustainability and regeneration, she is a co-founding member of the Climate Coaching Alliance Italy and a founding member of B for Good Leaders Cooperative. With Coach4Planet Benefit Corporation, she is dedicated to supporting leaders in the ecological transition, in the management of climate change and in the transformation towards sustainability and regeneration.

Diana Tedoldi
MSc, ecophilosopher, certified ecopsychologist, Diana is an executive, leadership and team coach with PCC-ICF credential, 15+ years in management roles and an international background. Since 2000, she has worked with more than 30,000 people in over 3,000 experiences, integrating personal growth and professional empowerment for leaders and change-makers.

In 2019, she founded The Nature Coaching Academy, where she teaches how to coach in deep synergy with nature (“Ecosomatic Coaching Training”, ICF-Level 1 accredited), integrating embodiment, biomimicry thinking and contemplative practices.
Together with the Climate Coaching Alliance and Coach4Planet, she supports the transition towards a not only sustainable but regenerative way of collaborating with our planet to sustain its vital resources and learn from nature systems, solutions and ideas with which to change the way we live and work radically. Her motto: “lightly, deeply”, and also “From community, to coSmunity”.
Diana has also had the pleasure of hosting two TEDx talks —TEDx Aston University, “Letting Nature Be Your Coach” (2021) and TEDxUnicatt “The nature of slowness” (2024)
Diego Raiteri
Diego is an accomplished Public Affairs executive and professional coach with over 25 years of corporate experience in Marketing, Brand Protection and Public Affairs. His expertise spans diverse regions, and he has led cross-cultural teams globally to address complex Public Affairs issues.

As a certified Integral® Coach, he supports teams and individuals through career and life transitions, emphasising sustainability and conservation.
Passionate about fostering positive human change for a sustainable future, Diego is dedicated to leveraging coaching for impactful contributions to global challenges and serves as Climate Coach and co-founder of the Climate Coaching Alliance in Switzerland.
Janet Harvey
Janet M. Harvey is a vanguard thinker, speaker, author, and the CEO of inviteCHANGE, a coaching and human development organization that shapes a world where people love their life’s work. With nearly 30 years of executive experience, Janet passionately believes in liberating each leader’s potential to optimize organizational performance.

Her coaching conversations with business leaders challenge their beliefs and biases and invite them to find a more conscious and deliberate way forward. Janet holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics with a minor in Finance from San Francisco State University and a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Development and Human Resource Management from the University of San Francisco.
She is also an International Coaching Federation, ICF, credentialed Master Certified Coach with 12,000-plus hours of experience, primarily in organizational and executive leadership engagements.
